Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

0Fraud is built on the principle of collecting as little as possible. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website is operated by 0Fraud ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy or your information, contact us at hello@0fraud.si.

What we collect

Contact form

When you contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email and message, and depending on the topic, your company, role, approximate number of active cards, card processor, publication, area of interest and any link you choose to share. We use them only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to run that work with you.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and to protect the site from abuse. We do not use it to identify you.

The live demo

The live demo uses fictional cardholders, cards and payments. It does not ask for, collect or store any personal or card information. The signing key the demo creates to show a device approval is generated in your browser and never leaves it.

What we don't do

  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
  • We never ask for card numbers on this website.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website, each acting on our instructions:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website.
  • Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox by email.

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual safeguards for international transfers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, for as long as that work needs. Unless we go on to work together, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email hello@0fraud.si. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but security is the core of what we build and we treat your information accordingly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
